1. Use different sheets in one workbook to store raw data from different sources / about different aspects of the investigation. This way, you can see all relevant information at a glance. You can also use sheets for higher levels of abstraction, e.g. summary. You can restrict the data that can be entered in a cell (data -> validation). This is a way to enter information quickly and avoid type errors. If you later count sums, you need the exact same spelling. These fields match the questions in the screening questionnaire. Some programs also enable you to export the filled-in forms in a.csv file you could copy here.
