18 Skill 5 Explain Safety Features Ease client concerns about the safety of your product by pointing out the product ’ s safety features. Know the safety regulations of your industry so that you are prepared to answer any questions.

19 Situation: Marie and Lance work at a department store. They make a presentation to the employees about the safety of their products. Marie: To begin this meeting, we are like to that safety is our number one concern. Lance: That is right.
