1 Location and Time Scenario by Garrett, Thornton Sergeant O'Malley has returned from the scene of a two- car accident. He takes out the accident form that was filled out on the scene and goes to the website. Beginning with the Location and Time tab, he enters the information from the form. As he enters the date, the day of the week is automatically calculated. He then enters the county and city where the accident took place. He chooses the highway type and event type from the drop-down combo box. Finally, he uses the Location Diagram to describe the location of the accident. On the diagram, he clicks on both radio buttons to provide two cross-streets that are used for orientation. He gives each cross-street the appropriate name and also names the street on which the accident took place. He clicks the accident marker to reposition the arrow to the opposite side of the accident site. He clicks the arrow to change its direction. At this point, he enters the distance from the specified intersection (as specified by the arrow) to the accident site.
