12 ACT Single Sign-On is not persistent with the WEB PAN application, even though you will use your single sign-on userid (not email) and password to logon. When finished you should always logout of the WEB PAN application completely.

31 PAN Guidelines Review Mandatory reviewers should not be subordinate to the PPS preparer. Preparers cannot be mandatory reviewers for their own work. Mandatory reviewers must review their PANs in a timely manner, generally within 2 business days. Departments will determine reviewer time requirements, per audit policy.
