Students are introduced to vital elements of hotel management, including Tourism Theories & Practices, Financial Analysis, Services Management, HRM, Research and Marketing
Class schedules allow students to continue as casual staff in organisations in which they have already completed their internship from Year One

12. Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management
Year Three
Students are exposed to higher analytical skills and challenged by theories and practices impacting on middle to upper level managers
Subjects studied include Strategic Management, Financial Management, Law and Business Ethics, Facility and Risk, and elective subjects in the conference and event sector, technology and entrepreneurship.
