Add team members provides collaborators access to a secure project workspace. Only the owner a project can add team members.
Or, type in the email address of the individual that you would like to add to your project. Select a team member from a list of individuals at your institution within the pull down menu. After selecting “Add team member”, there are two options.
Upload documents provides a way to put all documents needed for the project into the workspace.
Additional comments or instructions can be entered into the Comment field. Once the files are uploaded, they can be categorized. Just type in words like Template or Final Draft to tag a file into that category. To Upload Documents click the Browse button and navigate to the files that you want to upload. After clicking the Upload Documents button, a new window will appear.
