6 Moscow, 22.02.07German-Russian Co-operation Network Biotechnology6 Services of the project partners:  collecting and circulating sector-specific and country-specific information  search for potential cooperation partners  professional accompaniment in cooperation initiations  partner matching  management qualification  running workshops on different topics (8 workshops have been carried out successfully both in Germany and Russia)  database with information on Russian biotech businesses and institutions www.bis- rus.com/bisrus_db (database volume now is 1120 enterprises)

7 Moscow, 22.02.07German-Russian Co-operation Network Biotechnology7 State of the project 2006:  Central contact and co-ordination points in Germany and Russia have been established  Existing studies concerning Russian Biotechnology have been evaluated and are available  Working tools for evaluation of co-operation proposals, initialisation of co-operation and the exchange of information have been generated  First pilot projects have been acquired and are supervised by processing  More cooperation proposals are in process  Searching for european partners for elaborating of a project for FP7
