8 Events Calendar How? –Serial  Calendar  Advanced Options  Enter/Modify event –Club moderator’s organization should appear in “Organization” menu. –You must me a moderator for the club. Guidelines –Be diligent about entering all of your events. –Request to be a club moderator now! –Problems? 9 Serial Student and Club Announcements How? –Go to the Serial. Click on “Request a Posting”. Follow the directions on Serial FAQ and Policies Page and send email to Serial Editor: serial@kellogg.northwestern.edu Guidelines –Announcements are generally first come, first served and will typically be posted 3 days in advance. If sign-up for event is needed, will be posted 7 days in advance. –Will typically not be posted on Serial unless posted on calendar already.

10 Class Listservs Limit of ONE per event per week. –Total: Conferences (6), Paid (4), All Others (3) –Messages are archived Event must be posted to the calendar first. No commercial announcements No surveys! Subject Line Format = “High Tech Club: Jeff Bezos 10/15” No messages larger than 150K Allow up to 24 hours for message to be approved.
