3 3 Multi-annual Indicative Planning Document (MIPD) 2007 - 2009 MIPD for 2007 - 2009 is the key strategic planning document for assistance to Montenegro under the IPA. It sets the context and identifies the major areas of intervention and main planning priorities for subsequent development of annual Action Programmes. 4 4 IPA 2007 and 2008 Project Proposals - For IPA 2007, line ministries submitted 55 project ideas (total 71.6 mil €) after which the selection has been made in amount of 31.4 mil €, out of which: a) for IPA Component I - 26. 27 mil €, b) for IPA Component II – 3.9 mil €. - IPA 2008 is based on a strategic national approach regarding priorities and obligations set towards the EI process. After submitting and accepting all the IPA 2008 project ideas in mid October, project fishes will be made for the selected IPA 2008 projects and submitted in February 2008 for the IPA Committee in June.
