4 by something Erin does Where does she usually go? (neighbor? shopping malls?) What does she usually do at home? (reading documents? taking care of her babies?)

5 by what Erin says …This job -- For the first time in my life, I got people respecting me. Up in Hinkley, I walk into a room and everyone shuts up just to hear what I got to say. I never had that.
