Procedure simplification required under NFSM w.r.t. release of subsidy on seed distribution only after receiving details of farmers as list of farmers and other details is impractical to maintain by the dealer. Under NFSM Pulses, relaxation be made for inclusion of > 10 years varieties (upto 15 years) particularly of moth, urd, cowpea, moong and gram for foundation / certified seed production and for certified seed distribution there should be no limit.
