2. Guidelines/Rules Min 1 week-max 3 months Maximum funds available 2500 Euros or 3600 Euros (Early career= less than PhD to +10 yrs for a stay longer than 3 months) Cover subsistence and Travel -60-90 Euros per day Approval by members of WG-4

3. Application procedure The Applicant must use the online registration tool (to register their request for an STSM. The following information has to be encoded with the registration: Applicant's title, name, work place, postal address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address; name, postal address, telephone, fax and email of the prospective host at the receiving institute; the planned dates and length of stay; the title of the planned STSM; a short description of the proposed work plan (about 250 words); a short curriculum vitae; a budget request with breakdown for the costs of the STSM; bank details Host letter of approval All sent to chair of WG4 for approval Once approved letter sent from COST office to applicant

4. After SSTM Applicant report from SSTM  Purpose of the visit;  Description of the work carried out during the visit;  Description of the main results obtained;  Future collaboration with host institution (if applicable);  Projected publications/articles resulting or to result from the STSM (if applicable); Host report from SSTM Approval from MC or WG4 chair Both sent to COST office and then funds are released
