7 Loaded words or Glittering Generalities Glittering Generalities Definition: Words that sound attractive or catchy, but really don’t mean anything. logical fallacies These are just: logical fallacies a deceptive, misleading, or false notion or belief What’s a fallacy you ask? Based on the words used to sell, the customer thinks they are getting something better than what it really might be.

13 Plain Folks Makes the leaders look like Plain folks (mom and pop style). -a convincing method to show they are just common people. -Opposite of snob appeal
