12 Draft Conceptual Framework for New Science Education Standards Carnegie Corporation funding two phases of work led by NRC and Achieve, linked by a joint work plan Draft Conceptual Framework released July 12, public comment period ends today, August 2. Council of State Science Supervisors held regional feedback meetings.
