16 PLANS for 2011-12  Continue Pull-out Model for grades 3-5  Continue Co-Teaching Model in MS for ELA; encourage teachers to acquire licensure/ endorsement to open up additional gifted curricular opportunities with existing staff  Modify Elementary Enrichment model  Expand MS Seminars (2-4/ year)  Expand MS Enrichment/ collaboration  Incorporate Gifted interests seamlessly into RtI frameworks  Create tools to track performance data on identified students  Continue/ expand Professional development in Nature of Giftedness & Differentiation Strategies  Continue to revise website and communication tools
