Arda Yalcinkaya (Ph.D. 2003, Technical University of Denmark) Research Interests: Design, fabrication and characterization of MEMS, CMOS-MEMS integration, nanotechnology and design of analog ASICs. Hamdi Torun (Ph.D. 2009, Georgia Institute of Technology) Research Interests: Microsystems development for biological applications, atomic force microscopy, and thermomechanical infrared imagers.

Omer Cerid (Ph.D. 1979, Bogazici University) Research Interests: Analog and digital electronics, communication electronics, microprocessor and microcomputer hardware and software design, design with microcontrollers. Oguzhan Cicekoglu (Ph.D. 1996, Istanbul Technical University) Research Interests: Analog circuits, active filters, analog signal processing applications and current-mode circuits.
