6  提供具體建議以保護校園的傳統地標和青葱的環境、強化不同書 院的獨特個性、維持以百萬大道作為校園的中心,以及改善校園 各區的連繫。  為校園建築提供標準設計指引,包括建築物的分佈和高度、能優 化校園景觀的建築物料、具可持續性的設計特色,以及建築羣和 週邊環境如何達至和諧共融的方法。  To suggest ways of preserving the campus’ historical landmarks and green character, enhancing the identity of the Colleges, maintaining the Central Mall as the centerpiece of CUHK, and improving the campus connectivity.  To provide general guidelines for building and grounds standard design including disposition and height, suggestion on materials to enhance the built and natural landscape, sustainable design measures and means for harmonious integration. 對顧問公司的期望 Expectations of the Consultant

7  4 個主要工作進程: – 正式展開工作及收集詳盡的資料並予分析 (18 個星期 ) – 制訂校園發展計劃的規劃概念 (12 個星期 ) – 制訂校園發展計劃的詳細方案 (18 個星期 ) – 完成校園發展計劃並通過採用 (6 個星期 )  4 key working stages : –Inception & Gathering Detailed Information (18 weeks) –Conceptual Formulation of CMP (12 weeks) –Detailed Formulation of CMP (18 weeks) –Finalization and Adoption of CMP (6 weeks) 擬定校園發展計劃 Formulation of CMP
