2 BCI ATN Router General Capabilities
BCI’s ATN Router is a Class 4 ATN router in accordance with ICAO Doc 9705 Support all ATN OSI protocols: IDRP, CLNP, ES-IS, and IS-IS Support ISO 8208 (X.25) and ISO 8802 (Ethernet) Support IPv4 and IPv6 SNDCFs BCI Systems and Software Engineering Aviation Systems

3 BCI ATN Router Operating Environment
BCI’s ATN Router runs natively on any Intel-based processor Under LINUX Operating System Have delivered systems on Dell Power Edge Rack Mount System and HP Servers Use Performance Technology 4-port card for X.25 WAN interface Can be configured for redundant operation with a system controlled front-end switch BCI Systems and Software Engineering Aviation Systems

4 BCI ATN Router User Interface
Router has Graphical User Interface (GUI) Intuitive and Not dependent on Operating System or User Terminals BCI Systems and Software Engineering Aviation Systems

5 BCI ATN Router Configuration
Easily configured through Configuration and Adaptation Tool # Start the BIS-2 neighbor system record # SYS BIS-2 # Set the Network Address (NSAP) NET # Define the destination subnetwork Address for this neighbor ETH b3d652c # Define the local interface used to reach this neighbor LINK ETH 00 TO ETH 00 # Define the IDRP Policy to be used with this neighbor system PD_POLICY INTRA_REGIONAL_POLICY # Terminate BIS-2 Neighbor System Record END_SYS BCI Systems and Software Engineering Aviation Systems

6 BCI ATN Router Other Features
IDRP Security in accordance with Doc 9705 Edition 3 Can operate without a PKI using pre-shared keys TCP/IP (RFC 1006) to TP4/CLNP Gateway For AMHS Systems which only have AMHS over TCP/IP Could also be used for AIDC to have dual-stack capability BCI Systems and Software Engineering Aviation Systems

7 Air/Ground Application Support
BCI’s Ground-Ground Router also supports Air-Ground Application Routes Support Air-Ground Routing Policy based on IDRP attributes to signal Traffic Type Can be used as Backbone for Air-Ground Traffic Support 10,000 Air-Ground Routes BCI is currently developing an Air-Ground Router Will support Mobile SNDCF, VDL-2 Packet Level Procedures, and VDL-2 Handoff Across VDL Ground Stations Will complete in 2nd Quarter 2009 BCI Systems and Software Engineering Aviation Systems
