10. Workflow Designer/Scheduler Designer Allows users to design multiple, flexible workflow processes. Creates graphical representations of workflows. Stores staff details, documents and algorithms related to activities. Scheduler Links a relevant staff member to a task. Gives a list of tasks Staff have to perform and when. Updates upon completion

12. Personal Organiser (PO) Provides ability to access worklist and workitems remotely. Allows the user to start a new workflow. Runs inside a web browser. The PRM and the PO share a common interface. A logon page and a home page where the user can activate functionalities of the PRM and PO. A set of pages with the same friendly and familiar GUI.
