3 The ABC’s of Exchange A = Appropriate behavior B = Be consistent with delivery of tokens C = Cash ‘em in!

4 Simple Steps 1. Establish what you want to use as tokens - student input 2. Establish an exchange system 3. Create a price for fines 4. Establish a fine recording system

5 Things to Keep in Mind  Make sure you get students input and buy in  Be creative with rewards/reinforcements (involve parents to contribute)  Vary intervals of exchange  Do not be afraid to be generous with tokens in the beginning  Every student should have a job/responsiblity to their community
