2 COMPANY HISTORY . This factory started with a few employees in 1999, under a French management and investment, in a 200 square meter assembly room. The rapid growth obliged to move it in 2000 to a 1000 square meters factory, then in 2004 to 4000 square meters. And in 2009 to a square meter factory on square meter ground, allowing future development.

46 JPCI vertical integration concept
One of the major problems we have to solve is to provide a constant quality level to our customers, in time deliveries, with controlled and stable prices. In the fast moving Chinese industrial economy, this is a very difficult goal. Delivery failures, local suppliers inconstant quality, and suppliers wrong price calculation are the most common issues. So decision was made since the beginning to produce ourselves everything we need, and reducing our suppliers to raw material suppliers. We set up a raw material control laboratory, and by this way we dramatically reduced the non conformities and production stops. Actually, we are integrated in more than 30 different production process, and most of products we make are fully produced from the raw material. The engineering department is aware of European, American and Chinese standards, takes care and analyse existing worldwide patents and is managed by European engineers.
