13 11 Comments “How can we help primary & secondary care to understand one another better.” “on what your purpose is and what you actually do” “ad hoc as needs arise re contract, pension issues etc and updates on changes” “dont know ,what could you cover list of topics useful” “Continue to organise similar meetings as above” “updates re pensions + BMA action to protect/represent the profession” “They are organising the most relevant meetings.” “Appropriate subjects as they arise” “Pensions / Contract - Unfortunately I was unable to attend either. In 20 years I have never seen GP morale as low. Most GPs of my generation appear to be trying hard to stick it out to Retirement at the earliest possible opportunity. the constant contract changes and need for serial Practice Meetings for Qof etc is seriously impacting on the ability to see Patients. Many larger Practices now effectively have an 'Admin' or 'Contract Partner' whose time with patients is significantly curtailed. Much of the work demanded is time consuming, unproductive, pointless and inconsequential - most frustrating as the work that earns the money is frequently not the work which involves patient contact.” “Contract, pensions” “Contract update”

14 3 Comments “the practice has had complaints from the hospital after using these templates.” ”Very helpful, thankyou” ”I think they are mental”

15 5 Comments “I would like to it to be more influential with regard to the Health Board.” “trying to slow the avalanche of shifting care with no resources” ”continuing the good work” ”encouraging constructive communication between primary and secondary care.” “Educate the health board and secondary care about what happens in primary care (i.e. almost everything )”

16 1 Comment 1. “How do you spell benevolent?”
