2. This is our school logo. You can see it on our school uniforms.

3. Our school has got a patron – it is Arka Bo ż ek (1899-1954) who was a politician in Silesia. He did many good things for Poland and Silesia, for example he took part in Silesian Uprisings in 1919-1921 and he wrote many texts in which he was against Germanisation in Silesia.

4. Henryk Mikołaj Górecki (1933-2010) was a famous composer. He was born in Czernica, a village near our town Rydu ł towy. He worked as a teacher at our school for three years.
