BLT Degrees and Certificates (continued) Our department offers associate in science (AS) degrees; certificates of achievement (CA) and competence (CO); as well as, the advanced professional certificate (APC) With an AS degree the student may  enter career and/or  transfer to HPU or UH West Oahu for bachelor’s degree With certificates: CA and CO the student may  gain practical skills and  enter entry level positions and/or  continue towards AS degree
