3. TRADITIONAL ARCH/EPAULET VS. CORRUGATION PLASTIC  By using corrugated arches and epaulets we can use thinner plastic for lighter weight. We can also drill holes in the plastic for more breathability and reduce the weight even more.  This provides the player with better comfort for maximum performance. With this type of construction our tests show we have the same durability and strength for maximum protection like our current Strike force pad.

4. DROP TESTING REGULAR PLASTIC VS. LIGHT WEIGHT CORRUGATION PLASTIC  Our drop testing uses a 12 pound hammer from 10 feet high. The results show the corrugation arches and epaulets have the same protection and durability as the thicker plastic used on our existing Strike Force series.

5. Weight Reduction  After changing to corrugated arches and epaulets, we also looked into changing our foam. By using lighter weight foam with maximum protection we have made the new Strike Force pad 7% lighter than our existing Strike Force pads.  The actual weight difference between our new corrugated arch vs. our old arches will result in 7% less weight. This again, is just another reason our new pads will be much lighter with the same protection as our existing Strike Force pads.

6. NEW LIGHT WEIGHT HDOC FOAM PADDING WITH REINFORCE EVA PADDING IN SHOULDER AREA  WHEN WE COMPARE OUR NEW FOAM LINING TO OUR OLD FOAM WE ARE 10% LIGHTER. THIS NEW FOAM IS MORE COMFORTABLE WITH LIGHTER WEIGHT WHICH GIVES THE PLAYER A PROTECTIVE AND COMFORTABLE FITTING PAD. WE ALSO HAVE A VELCRO ADJUSTABLE NECK OPENING TO PROVIDE BETTER FIT AND COMFORT FOR THE PLAYER.  OUR EXTRA LAYER OF EVA FOAM IN THE ARCH AREA HELPS TO PROVIDE EVEN MORE PROTECTION. OUR LINING IS PROTECTED BY ANTIMICROBIAL TREATMENT. THIS TREATMENT CONTROLS ODOR, STAINING AND DETERIORATION CAUSED BY BACTERIA, FUNGUS, AND OTHER MICROORGANISMS.

7. Velcro removable deltoid pads  WE CHANGED OUR DELTOID PADS TO BE VELCRO REMOVABLE. THIS IS JUST ANOTHER FEATURE THAT SEPARATES US FROM THE COMPETITION.  THIS FEATURE WILL GIVE THE PLAYER THE OPTION TO REMOVE THE DELTOID PADS IF NOT NEEDED.

8. Swivel connectors for front/back arch  We replaced the front lacing system with swivel connectors.  With this new feature the coaches do not have to worry about broken lacing or the lacing lock coming off during practice or in games.  The swivel moves with the players body for a greater range of motion.

9. Belt and Buckle system  We made the decision to move from our old lock down straps to a traditional belt and buckle system. Thru this feature the player will have a more durable system. No longer will the player need to tape down his belt system.
