Highlight current level of performance (80% of your school is performing at this level) Highlight two next steps on the Continuum to advance your PLC performance Create a Key Create a copy of the continuum for you and one to turn in to your Associate Superintendent – “ticket out” Next Steps “worksheet” …working with your team develop your next steps to advance on one of your Continuum indicators

Game Rules Two Schools per game All Teams start on Path 1 The school rolling the highest number on die goes first If a player lands on Chance!, team should draw a card, read card out loud, and follow directions Teams landing on the Learning and Results squares follow directions on board The object is to get to PLC Effectiveness. Teams do not have to roll the exact amount to reach EFFECTIVENESS at the end of the path. Stand and call out your school name…when you reach EFFECTIVENESS…to receive the GRAND PRIZE
