4.  Highlight current level of performance (80% of your school is performing at this level)  Highlight two next steps on the Continuum to advance your PLC performance  Create a Key  Create a copy of the continuum for you and one to turn in to your Associate Superintendent – “ticket out”  Next Steps “worksheet” …working with your team develop your next steps to advance on one of your Continuum indicators

5.  Game Rules  Two Schools per game  All Teams start on Path 1  The school rolling the highest number on die goes first  If a player lands on Chance!, team should draw a card, read card out loud, and follow directions  Teams landing on the Learning and Results squares follow directions on board  The object is to get to PLC Effectiveness. Teams do not have to roll the exact amount to reach EFFECTIVENESS at the end of the path.  Stand and call out your school name…when you reach EFFECTIVENESS…to receive the GRAND PRIZE
