10 Our Expectations Our Leaders and Managers… make sure we have a clear set of cultural values that underpin our purpose and vision. ensure the values are at the heart of our strategy and govern the way we operate. talk about the values, discuss them in team meetings and challenge behaviours that fall outside them. ensure that all colleagues in their teams know how the values relate to them in terms of expectations and behaviours. Our Staff… can describe our values and what this means to the way they are expected to work. challenge colleagues if their behaviour doesn’t match the values. believe in and share our vision and values.
