2 As in years past, we will continue to focus on four key areas: Skating – Continue to be known as an Organization that develops good skaters. Focus on “Speed”, quick feet mobility & agility. Passing – Emphasis the importance of passing Body Contact – angling and playing for puck Cross Ice & Small Ice Games – develop the skills of reading & reacting to the play through situational play i.e. 1 on 1, 2 on 1, 3 on 2, 3 on 3, etc. Keeping it Fun

3 Ice Utilization Off-Ice Activities (Develop Athletes) - Morning Run Video Use of New Team Room - Productive Coaching Meetings - Team Meetings - Video Analysis (Game & Practice) Implementation of ADM Continue focus on skill development Knowing same basic systems (ie. man on man down low)

The American Development Model (ADM) provides ALL AGE LEVEL appropriate guidelines and curriculum. Focus now will be Squirts & Pee Wees.
