7. 2014 AGM Bylaw Amendments Rename Player Development to Technical Director (5.2.10) Add U8 Coordinator as official exec position (5.2; Article 8) Only allow for interim appointments when execs leave before mandate finishes (9.3) Change the mandate from one to two years, with overlapping mandates (6.2) Give signing authority to the secretary (an officer position) in addition to President, VP and Treasurer (8.3)
