3 Martyrs of Lahore Abdul Rehman His family is facing real hardship. His mother requests for prayers He was a 21 years old medical student who accepted Ahmadiyyat in 2008 with his mother, aunt and younger sister. He was planning to declare his Ahmadiyyat to his family after completion of his education He arrived at Daruzikr straight from College. When he was injured in the terrorist attack he rang his cousin to instruct that if martyred, he should be buried in Rabwah His aunt has been kicked out of her house as the news of her Ahmadiyyat became public. She was extremely brave to stand up to the fierce resistance at home to make sure that he was buried in Rabwah His father has recently softened his stance but has been extremely against Ahmadis His grandmother was a dedicated Ahmadi. His ambition was to make an old people’s home for homeless old people in her name Hudhur (aba) commended his bravery and commitment that despite being a new Ahmadi he sacrificed his life for the cause of Allah, May Allah elevate his status, Ameen His mother saw in her dream that Hudhur (aba) has visited their home and his cousin saw in her dream that there were pictures of 5 Khulafa saying “this is the right way” July 2nd, 2010

4 He was martyred while trying to defend his boss Ashraf Bilal Sahib Before the Juma Prayers he instructed and helped his child to give Sadaqah by his own hand. He was regular in Salat, Tahajjud, kind and caring husband and a devoted son Martyrs of Lahore Nisar Ahmed His two children are Waqfe nau. He was the descendent of the companions of the Promised Messiah ( on whom be peace) He had high regard for the Ahmadiyyat, Khulafa and would fearlessly stand up for the honour of Jama'at. Once he said to his wife, that if such bravery caused him his life, martyrdom is all what he wanted! He saw his late parents in his dreams who said, son come and sit with us here July 2nd, 2010

5 He was the descendent of the companions of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace). He was a kind and caring doctor, who truly served humanity. He always made himself available for patients anytime. He cared for rich and poor equally He normally said Friday prayers in Karak House. On the 28 th of May, he dropped his son to College and went to Daruzikr for the prayers, where he was martyred by firing. Martyrs of Lahore Dr Asghar Yaqub A relative saw in a dream that his father was digging a grave and saying that this is a grave of my beloved one July 2nd, 2010

6 Martyrs of Lahore Meeyan Mohammad Saeed Dard He was the descendent of the companions of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) He was a man of prayers, hospital, polite, patient and always greeted everyone by standing He has performed Hajj, Umra, fasted regularly and sat Itikaf regularly He was most grateful for the blessings that Allah the Exalted has given him. He would walk to collect chanda and to Daruzikr for thawab He informed Naib Amir Sahib in a recent meeting that he meeting him for the last time July 2nd, 2010

7 He was descendent of the companions of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) His life was a miracle. He was seriously ill as a child when Hadhrat Musleh Maud (ra) prayed for his long life He served Jam’at in many capacities and helped establish Jama’at in Iraq Martyrs of Lahore Mohammad Yahya Khan He was mild-mannered, kind, caring, generous and regular in Salat and Tahajjud. He was well read and held his own library His daughter saw in a dream that gold medals were being given in a building with a basement and it was being said that these medals are for people who have done a great job. Hudhur (aba) said that Allah Almighty granted him an eternal life by martyrdom Hudhur (aba) commended his two sons who carried on doing the rescue duty till midnight even when they were aware of their father’s martyrdom July 2nd, 2010

8 Martyrs of Lahore Dr Umar Ahmed He was regular in Salat and used to do wiqar e amal for his local mosque His family has served Jama'at in many capacities. He was Moosi, a man of few words, a sociable person who never gave anyone a reason to complain He arrived from work for Juma prayers and was seriously injured by firing and passed away on 4 th June 2010 July 2nd, 2010

9 Martyrs of Lahore He was a dedicated Ahmadi and served Jama’at in many capacities One night before the incidence he woke up looking very disturbed, but would not let his wife about his dream He said long Tahajjud Salat the night before his martyrdom and led in Fajr prayer with a very long last Sajdah He was an angelic person, dedicated to serve Jama'at. He did regular Waqfe Aarzee and used to teach children dedication and obedient to Khilafat. He was regular in Salat and trained his family to be regular in offering Salat on time He was humble and down to earth. He was committed to the Tarbiyyat of the Jama’at Lal Khan Nasir His son has been sent abusive SMS text by non Ahmadi children. He saw his father in a dream saying, just ignore them, Fortunate are those, who have made this sacrifice His relative saw him in a dream walking in green gardens reading the book of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) and eating an apple July 2nd, 2010

10 Martyrs of Lahore Zafar Iqbal He took Bai’at one year ago. His interest in Ahmadiyyat started by watching MTA and was a dedicated Ahmadi He went to Daruzikr straight from work and was martyred. He got a first prize in a Tilawat competition His wife showed her gratitude to Allah that her husband was granted martyrdom and said that if all her children were sacrificed for Ahmadiyyat she will not feel sad at all He was kind, caring, simple, always smiling and a good father and husband. His brother in law saw in a dream and could recall a voice that we have left him behind the hills. This refer to the valley of Rabwah surrounded by hills His family is facing a campaign of intimidation and threats July 2nd, 2010

11 His family has faced much persecution for Ahmadiyyat which includes burning down of their house He was Moosi, regular in Juma prayers and was a simple person He used to give a lift to an injured neighbour and would not accept any thanks for this His used to teach his children long poems of Jama'at by using his mobile phone Mansoor Ahmed Martyrs of Lahore He asked his wife to make a strong bond with his children so that they would not miss him after his death Hudhur( aba) said this is a lesson for those people who record music in their mobile phones July 2nd, 2010

12 Martyrs of Lahore He was descended of the companion of the Promised Messiah) on whom be peace). He was a teacher and said his last Juma in Daruzikr. He bled to death after being shot at. He was an exemplary person. He was generous, hospitable and cared for the poor He was regular in Salat and instrumental in getting the Salat centre established Mubarak Ali Awan He saw in a dream that he was moving to a really nice place and he later commented that I really wish to move to Heaven He was kind and caring. To mend relationships he would apologise, even if it was not his fault and afterwards act in an even kinder way July 2nd, 2010

13 He was hard working, regular in Salat and Tahajjud He took Bai’at in 1988 and was tortured for this. He was martyred in Daruzikr by the grenade attack He would always remain in the state of Wudhu He used to say that he does not get tired after such hard work as he recited Durud sharif all the time He was dedicated in Tabligh Martyrs of Lahore Atiqur Rehman Zafar His three daughters saw dreams that gave them peace of minds July 2nd, 2010

14 Martyrs of Lahore He was on security duty at Daruzikr and was martyred while attempting to overpower the terrorist, He was committed to the safety of the Mosque He was descendent of the companion of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) He was peaceful, simple and kind. He longed for and was granted a son who is Waqfe Nau Mahmood Ahmed July 2nd, 2010

15 Hudhur (aba) prayed Hudhur (aba) prayed that may Allah elevate the status of these martyrs. July 2nd, 2010 Hudhur (aba) said that he will give details about more martyrs later, Insha’Allah

16 Hudhur (aba) gave the sad news of demise of Sarwat Sultana Sahiba She was the widow of Maulana Abdul Malik, a great scholar of Jama’at She served Jama’at as Lajna Sadr for a long time Her daughter Dr Nusrat Jehan Sahiba is serving Jama’at very well and Hudhur(aba) prayed that Allah bless her life and health Hudhur (aba) said that he would lead in her Janaza Prayers. She was kind, social, woman of prayers, learned, respectful to her husband, regular in Salat, well mannered, humble and made many sacrifices for her children, Her children are serving Jama’at well. July 2nd, 2010
