4. Difficulties in handling such long term partnership 4 Some times external concept introduced with top down approach which may not be relevant in socio-cultural context

Partnerships with NGOs being served 5 AFPRO have clarity on relationship with partner agencies, broadly it is characterized as given below Networking Request based Services Capacity Building Collaborative AFPRO use to extend free services, there are many occasions like projects are developed by AFPRO as services were free but not implemented

Partnerships with communities being served 6 Community is considered primary stakeholder in program Involvement of community is given thrust from the initial stage of project Concept of own means has been introduced - either in kind or cash Community empowerment through - transfer of skill & knowledge and setting up systems so that created infrastructure managed at local level AFPRO is conscious on its role as facilitator
