This presentation is a template to make submitting Publicity entries easier by separating the information into each category and giving the order the entries must be in. Virginia JCL benefits with the publicity chapters give the classics, so even just ONE entry helps a lot. All submissions must be postmarked by October 25 th and sent to: Grace McIntire 11705 Carnation Court Fredericksburg, VA, 22407 You do not need to have an entry for every category, so you can delete the sections you do not need EXCEPT for the score sheet pages. Fill in the information in the [brackets] for the categories you are entering. Categories with a “*” must also have a filled out summary sheet which is on the next slide in the PowerPoint. Providing more information like a description of each event is suggested. Multiple entries in some categories require multiple signatures. You can delete or hide extra pages. Your entry begins with the VJCL Publicity Contest Entry Form.
