2 Story about ‘School-opoly’ This is a game where you have to collect or pay money. If you run out of money first, your opponent wins. If your opponent runs out of money, you are the winner. You start out with $30.00. There is a place on the board that allows you to collect money. Every other place makes you pay. Home Page

3 Game Directions Start your game at ‘Start Here’. Go in the direction of the arrows You will start with $30.00. Roll the dice to go to the various places. You must follow the directions at each place. Whoever runs out of money, loses the game. Home Page Return

4 Game Preparation If you are playing by yourself, you will need 1 dice, 1 game piece and $30.00. If you are playing with a partner, you will need 1 dice, 2 game pieces and $30.00 for each person If the teacher and the whole class is playing, you will split the class into 2 teams and you will use 1 dice, 2 game pieces and $30.00 for each team If two schools are playing during a video conferencing session, each school will need 1 dice, 1 game piece and $30.00 for each school. 6 Educational Objectives Audience: The audience will be 3 rd, 4 th or 5 th grade students Objectives: Students will be able to work as a group on CRCT test items in a game setting. Students will be able to experience and appreciate the rewarding and sometimes difficult times, as they move toward graduating from their school. Students will see a connection between being prepared for tests and graduating from school. Students will engage in healthy competition in the academics, while experiencing real-life situations Home Page
