11 BALL EXCHANGE (PAGE 9) U8 & UP There always should be multiple players going through the channel. Dribble quickly and under control. Players sprint back to the line Players can try a move as they dribble to the cone Mouse click to move to next slide

12 This next drill will seem disorganized at first but once the players get what is going on it is a fast paced, fun, and very tiring! Refer to the written version to follow along with the drill. The sequence is as follows: SHOOTER-PRESSURE-RETRIEVE BALL-BACK OF LINE

13 RAPID FIRE(PAGE 13) U11 & UP Very few balls should be blocked due to pressure. The drill is for the shooters. Mouse click to move to next slide Player shoots in between the cones while the previous shooter touches a cone and runs back to pressure the next shot only, then retrieves the ball. Shooter-pressure-retrieve ball-back of line

14 No shots should be blocked. The person is used to add pressure for the shooter, not to block shots. The players must react as soon as they release the shot. They must run to one of the outside cones—not admire their shot! The next shooter in line must prepare to shoot as soon as the shooter in front has taken the shot. The players should try to shoot away from the cone that the previous shooter is running too. Each player only pressures one shot and then runs to retrieve a ball and returns to the end of the line. You may have to reset the drill if the players are missing the net a lot and are not getting back in line quickly enough.
