Develop “One DoD/DCIO LInX” Full participation by NCIS, AFOSI, CID, DCIS Share all unclassified criminal investigative files Limit operational files involving undercover Agents (UCA’s) No files pertaining to CW’s/informants No internal inquiries/ No Grand Jury data Execute MOU’s with all LInX regions AFOSI, DCIS, CID sign MOU’s & Rules of Operation Identify local SAC’s to participate in regional governance Minimal financial investment required Less than $250K per DCIO agency anticipated for data ingestion to warehouse NCIS will provide data warehouse hardware DCIO’s contribute annually toward maintenance costs (<$15K each annually) Present initiative to OSD-NII & Mil Deps: Increased operational efficiencies for DoD/Service law enforcement DCIO Enterprise Solution for LE info sharing Support for future DCIO co-location to Quantico, VA Supports Joint Basing Initiatives Serve as DoD platform for Suspicious Incident (former Talon) reporting DoD/Service connection to FBI eGuardian SAR’s Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX)
