3  AT YOUR TABLE: YOU should have:  Baggie with sugar pre-measured  Cup of vanilla  Cup of whipping cream  One person:  Get the empty baggie and fill it HALF WAY with ice.

4 Procedure StepDescriptionMeasurement ( O C) 1Temp of milk (IN CUP BEFORE MIXING) 2Temp of Milk, sugar, and vanilla combined in baggie (COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BAGGIE AND MAKE SURE THE SUGAR IS DISSOLVED) 3Temperature of Ice in baggie 4Temp of ICE with salt ( ADD A LAYER OF SALT AND FILL THE BAGGIE UP TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LABLE WITH ICE)

5  Squeeze out all of the air out of the baggie containing the whipping cream and sugar mixture. MAKE SURE IT IS CLOSED!  Place the baggie CAREFULLY inside the ice and salt mixture.  Shake for 1 minute….  Carefully open the baggie with the whipping cream mixture and take the temperature.  Repeat this 4 more times.
