1. 2014 Team Accounts NOV 18TH, 2014

2. General Requirements  U10- U12 Select Only teams and any U13+ team must have a team account with Klein Bank vs. keeping in their own accounts  This includes for both the fall and summer season with one exception:  Fall only teams are not required to have a Klein account.  These same teams need both a treasurer and team manager (or 2 team managers)  The team manager and treasurer cannot be related nor can they be related to the coaching staff.  Both team manager and treasurer do not need to be carded but both need to have a background check  Changes are effective Jan 1, 2015

3. Bank requirements  Team manager and treasurer are both signers on the account; no coaches should be  Accounts must be at Klein Bank and set up as a team account of the PLSC  At the end of the year, pay out families. A small minimum can be kept to maintain the account for the next season.  Tracking by family is required  Do not write and sign checks to yourself for reimbursement; the team manager should reimburse the treasurer and vice versa  Any bank expenses due to the account are the responsibility of the team (i.e. nsf fees)

4. Oversight  PLSC Treasurer will have responsibility for team account oversight  PLSC Treasurer will review balances and transactions quarterly  PLSC Treasurer will provide quarterly reports to the executive board and team manager coordinator  Team treasurers will provide a beginning and end of season report to the PLSC treasurer on balances and what has been paid through the account.

6. Debit card  Team managers and Treasurers are allowed to have a debit account off their Klein team account  The account numbers must be provided to the PLSC Treasurer  If the team manager or treasurer moves on, the card must be cancelled and notice provided to the PLSC Treasurer  PLSC Treasurer should have bank authority to cancel cards  No personal charges of any kind may be made to the team account debit card  Any fees associated with the debit card are the responsibility of the team
