15 The successful candidate will strive to achieve the following goals within the first 12-18 months: Leadership. Seen as a leader. Built a strong foundation relationship with administrative, hospital, and medical staff. Seen as a collaborative, credible and ‘go-to’ leader within the organization. Working with the senior management team, strategically identify additional clinical services that need to be enhanced or provided by the health system so XXXXX is the provider of choice in the community. Develop Positive Physician Relationships/Leadership Development. Built trust and credibility with the medical staff. Accomplished by being visible, communicating openly, and demonstrated follow-through on addressing issues and concerns.
