2. Objectives To facilitate the spectrum regulatory of TV white space devices in the Television digitalization stage and after digitalization within ASEAN area. To promote the harmonisation of spectrum and emission parameters for TV white space devices. To facilitate maximum efficiency of economic and social in using TV white space devices within ASEAN members states. To promote broadband connectivity within the region. 2
