5 Day One Sanctuary Wood Cemeteries: –Tyne Cot - Allied –Langemark - German Last Post in Ypres

6 Sanctuary Wood Rare example of preserved trenches on land privately owned by a cafe owner who has also a large collection of shells, weaponry and general war debris on display.

8 Tyne Cot A few miles outside the town, just below the village of Passchendaele, lies Tyne Cot - the largest British War Cemetery in the world. There are nearly 12,000 graves here plus another 35,000 who are commemorated but who have no known grave. Many of these died on what is now the gently sloping farmland below.
