4. General duties of the Navigator: ▫ Help identify potential students ▫ Coordinate/assist with coordinating recruitment activities ▫ Assist students with navigating college, WorkSource, and employment ▫ Outreach to employers ▫ Direct and indirect employment placements

5. Budget $95,000 with approximately: ▫ $19,000 available 7/1/13-9/30/13 ▫ $37,500 available 10/1/13-9/30/14 ▫ $37,500 available 10/1/14-9/30/15 Overhead rate will be negotiated Will need to budget for all associated costs, e.g. rent at WorkSource, local travel, etc.
