2 WEEKDAY BREAKFAST around 7 o’clock - sandwich with cheese or ham -cornflakes with milk -tea or coffee

3 BREAKFAST AT THE WEEKEND at 8 or 9 o’clock -different sandwiches -toasts -flakes with milk and other additions -scrambled eggs -sausages -cottage cheese with spring onion -tea or coffee

4 WEEKDAY LUNCH / DINNER usually from 1-3 o’clock p.m. -vegetable, tomatoe, cucumber, barley soups and many other -grilled meat, goulash, cutlet with potatoes or buckwheat and salad pickle Pork chop

5 Lunch/dinner at weekend 1-2 o’clock in the afternoon Chicken soup Silesian noodles Barbecued spareribs Pork roulade Fried chcicken and vegetables Red cabbage

6 SUPPER EACH DAY OF THE WEEK around 7-8 o’clock p.m. Supper in Poland is similar to breakfast however instead of coffee we drink teas and eat a lot of different sandwiches
