When you complete the online application, after the payment is done, for iProtect an auto email is sent to the customer's email address entered during the application process & a SMS is also sent to the customers mobile number as mentioned during the online application. What about the process post the online application? Like medicals, underwriting, etc. The rest of the process stays the same as the normal process. How much time does it take to complete a transaction? The entire application process would take about 10-12 minutes using a normal internet connection.

Errors at the payment gateway stage, though rare, are observed. The most common concerns are if the payment has been received at our end or if the payment has been made twice In any such situations, it is advisable to check with the bank/credit card company for details of the payment In case a customer’s credit card or internet banking account gets charged twice & it is verified & confirmed at our end, then the extra premium charged would be refunded as per the existing reversal process.
