7. Training in GSP – new approach Evaluation of personnel Is done by well experienced people, brought both from GSP and from external sources Evaluation is done at the working sites and onshore training facilities The evaluation reports consist of suggestions for improvement (training)

8. Training in GSP – new approach Better screening of all new arrivals in GSP - checking of personal documents (CVs, Recommendation letters, certificates) - any new arrival's declared skills and experience is verified using questionnaires and practical assessment by means of simulators

Introducing new training modules We shall start very soon extending our training in the following directions: Drilling Understanding and dealing with drilling problems: stuck pipe, HTHP wells, drilling fluid losses, etc. HSE Rigging & slinging, safe operation of cranes, scaffolding building & inspection, Work Permit System, Working on electrical equipment, Risk Assessment, Safe operation of forklifts, Manual Handling, Working at height, etc. Emergency Emergency Response – On scene Commander \ Management of crisis

11. Introducing new training modules (ctd.) Maritime (in partnership with GL Academy) Maritime regulations, maritime basics, ISO series Management Systems, Ship types, Ship technology, Marine environmental protection, Management of Human Resources, Maritime security and Ship operation.
