2. Preparation : ¤ Preheat the oven to 210°C ¤ In a large bowl mix the flour with the baking powder. Make a well in the center. Pour the melted butter, the egg et the milk. Mix the batter and add the cheese. ¤Knead by hand. ¤ Roll out the batter. (3 cm thick). ¤ Cut with a glass and cook for 15min.

3. Scones can be eaten sweet or salty, hot or cold! Enjoy!
