27 OPERATIVE MANAGEMENT Subtotal Gastrectomy- Highest Complication Rate Vagotomy and Antrectomy- Most Efficacious Vagotomy and Pyloroplasty- Major Indication is Bleeding Gastritis Parietal Cell Vagotomy- Most Physiologic
