4 4 Daylight Saving Time Transition Back to Eastern Standard Time. –Fall back happened on November 1, 2009 Were there any issues? Prepare for next year –Spring ahead (return to Daylight Saving) will be on March 14, 2010 –Fall back will be on November 7, 2010 –OATI Guide to Tagging Across the Daylight Saving Boundary (Posted on ETS and OASIS under Help)

5 555 Supplemental Electronic Communications Duke Energy Carolinas offers a service to provide supplemental electronic communication whenever a selected OASIS pages is changed (List of Studies, OASIS Business Practices, Price Summary, Who to Call) –Implemented when OASIS was hosted on JTSIN server –Software being retired Duke is willing to utilize OATI OASIS homepage notification –Sends notification when selected pages on OASIS homepage change –One notification email address per company (may use distribution list) –Everyone receives the same notification –Stakeholders: tell which pages should be monitored for change notification

7 77 List of DNRs New Format New format was posted on October 1, 2009 Designated Network Resource List (link)link Changes Include: –Organization of DNR’s by Network Customer (NITSA Holder) –DNR Name is the Plant or Contract Name (as provided by the Customer) Prior list used the OASIS Source (or Contract Name as provided by the Customer) Continues to reference the associated OASIS Reservation when applicable

8 888 NAESB Update: Wholesale Electric Quadrant WEQ Glossary (link)link –Currently each NAESB WEQ business practice standard has a section with definitions. The WEQ subcommittee chairmen have been working on a glossary which will be applied to all WEQ standards.
