Dairy Delights Cheesy pizza and rich sour cream. A glass of milk and buttered popcorn. Fruity yogurt and a frothy milk shake topped with a mound of whipped cream. And let’s not forget everyone’s favorite – ice cream! Students will explore a delightful range of delicious dairy products. Students will connect these delicious treats with where they come from and how they come to our homes.

Connect Questions What are the parts of a cow? What part of the cow gives us milk? What are the various types of dairy foods?
The Whole Wide Web Of Milk This project will help my students develop 21 st century skills by: Communicating and Collaborating with peers Assembling data relating to dairy products Analyzing dairy product data Understanding that dairy products can come from other animals
Gauging Student Needs Assessment The Purpose Of The Assessment To gather information about what my students already know and what questions they have about cows and dairy products. What I Want To Learn From My Students I want to find out what they already know about the Unit Questions and what they will learn about cow and, how they Collaborate in their learning.
