Emotional? OR Intelligent? E.Q. vs I.Q. ? Emotional Intelligence as defined by D. Goleman. Self knowledge: Empathy Self Motivation Self control Human Aptitudes

Is it one ? Is it two ? …HOW MANY?

…that can be scientifically studied and approached BY THE TRIPTYCH: 1.THE MIND 2.THE BODY 3.THE EMOTION

How does the MIND speak/function? «I use words and images to function. My relationship to time is like the movement of a fly under a lit bulb. I can’t stay still at present time. I tend to move backwardsand forward from past to future. I have a tendency to produce parallel messages and I am really bad at keeping myself at present time. I lose the present very often… I am stuck with memory it’s… something I can very difficult get away with. Imagination helps me often with that…»

How does the BODY speak/function? «I speak with almost all my functional systems but I an not easily understood. My easiest message is pain. The strongest the pain the more I am heard! It’s strange that my joy and my balance or my happiness are very subtle to express. Maybe, because I only live at present time. I cannot move neither to the future nor to the past. I send all sort of messages during the day, but it seems to me that the MIND doesn’t receive them. I am happy with very simple things like nutrients and muscle relaxation. I am resistant to maltreatment and I can stand a lot of ignorance. But I can suddenly collapse and get sick if this is long-term…»

How does the EMOTION speak/function? «I speak the least understood language! Most probably I am the mystery everyone seeks to unfold… but no one knows how because I need time! I am difficult to be born and I don’t die easily. I would say… I transcend time, or I AM TIME (?). Very few words exist in all languages to express me. That makes me rather introvert! Love, hate, joy, anger… are so limited in front of my constant self talk! So I try to collaborate with art. I use symbolism and the MIND’s imagination to express my self. Sometimes, the BODY language is very useful if it’s freed by the mind. The MIND drowns me! Kills me… so often… and then I take my revenge on the BODY with all sort of psychosomatic messages!»

TIME PERCEPTION OF THE TRIPTYCH MIND-BODY-EMOTION past present future

BODY… always NOW! past present future

MIND… constant movement past present future

EMOTION… difficult to be born, difficult to disappear… past present future

The Intercommunication of the triptych is the key to understanding REALITY!

Decision making OF THE INPUT OF INFORMATION will be successful by our triptych awareness…

The survivor of the fittest will be…the one that balances and filters the incoming information of our body-mind-emotion “LANGUAGES” …in order to adapt to what will be NEW!!! …SO TAKE TIME TO RECOVER… WHAT SHOULDN’T BE LOST IN THE SPEED OF MODERN LIFE!
