Good practice within the organisation Staff are required to be punctual Staff are required to advise their Supervisor as soon as possible and certainly before 9.30 in the morning if they are unable to attend for any reason Staff are expected to be pleasant and courteous to Savers at all times Staff should seek help from their Supervisor in the event of any problems arising

Confidentiality Information relating to Savers must remain totally confidential Names and Addresses must not be used for anything other than their intended purpose Financial information relating to Saver accounts must not be used or discussed outside the organistaion All paper documents relating to Savers must be stored as instructed by your supervisor

4. Acceptable use of resources Computer equipment is to be used strictly for the work of the Super Saver organisation Staff must not use any resources for personal purposes Staff must report any faults in equipment to the technician as they arise using fault report sheets

5. How Super Savers intend to use the internet Super Savers intend to make more extensive use of the internet in the next year It is hoped that Savers will be able to access account information on-line This will involve the use of User Ids and PIN codes

6. Why Super Savers intend to make more use of e-mail Communicating with Savers by e-mail will help reduce costs Important information can be passed on quickly Savers can communicate easily with staff Savers will not have to be present during opening hours to have queries resolved

7. Why Super Savers intend to use the intranet To improve communication within the organisation To share information relating to Savers as appropriate To make important information readily available to all staff To advise staff on policies and plans within the organisation
